What an AI readiness assessment evaluates

We map recurring tasks, handoffs, delays, customer-response gaps, and the systems involved in a normal working week. Each opportunity is evaluated for likely time saved, implementation effort, recurring cost, data sensitivity, and required human oversight.

  • Repetitive administrative and customer-facing work
  • Information copied between forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, and business systems
  • Response delays, missed calls, reporting effort, and follow-up gaps
  • Actions that should remain human-controlled

What you receive

The deliverable is a decision document you own—not a generic maturity score or sales deck. It explains which opportunities should come first, what they require, and which ideas should wait.

  • Three to seven ranked AI or automation opportunities
  • Verified software costs and implementation dependencies
  • Risk, oversight, and exception-handling considerations
  • A practical four-day plan for the first approved opportunity

Who it is for

The assessment is designed for established businesses that know work is being lost to repetitive tasks but do not want to start with a platform purchase. Sarran AI Solutions is based in Orlando, Florida and works with organizations across the United States.

AI readiness assessment questions

Do we need technical preparation?

No. Bring a clear description of how work currently moves through the business. Technical follow-up is requested only when it changes a recommendation.

Are we required to hire Sarran AI to implement the plan?

No. The written plan belongs to the client and can be implemented internally, by another provider, or with Sarran AI Solutions.

Does every recommendation use generative AI?

No. Some problems are better solved with deterministic automation, clearer routing, or a process change. The assessment recommends the simplest suitable approach.
